Multifunctional rehabilitation chairsLot 2. Seat support for children with cerebral palsyProposals can be submitted for one or for both lots.Proposals must be sent to the email address BLR-tenders@unicef.org no later than 17:00 (UTC+3), Minsk time, on June 26, 2025 and must include the following completed and signed documents:1. Quotation form for participation in the tender2. Financial proposal form3. Technical proposal form; technical and other documentation to confirm conformity of the goods with the Specification4. Copy of the certificate of state registration of the legal entity5. Ungm registration number.E-MAIL MUST CONTAIN PROTECTED BY PASSWORD FILE ATTACHED WITH FILLED IN BID FORM. THE PASSWORD SHALL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE E-MAIL WITH SUBMITTED PROPOSALS AND SHALL BE PROVIDED TO UNICEF ONLY AFTER SUBMISSION DEADLINE UPON RECEIPT OF UNICEF REQUEST TO PROVIDE THE PASSWORD.
