To Verify The Requirements, The Participant Must Provide Documents On Compliance With The Requirements Established By Law For A Legal Entity Or Individual, Including An Individual Entrepreneur, Supplying Goods (Performance Of Work, Provision Of Services) That Are The Subject Of Public Procurement (Certificate Of State Registration Of A Legal Entity Or Individual Entrepreneur , Or A Similar Document Issued By An Authorized Body (Organization) Of The Country Of Registration) And A Statement Confirming: - Compliance With The Requirements Established By Law For A Legal Entity Or Individual, Including An Individual Entrepreneur, Supplying Goods (Performing Work, Providing Services) That Are The Subject Of Public Procurement; - No Legal Entity Or Individual Entrepreneur Has Any Debt To Pay Taxes, Fees (Duties), And Penalties. This Requirement Does Not Apply To A Legal Entity Or Individual Entrepreneur Undergoing An Economic Insolvency (Bankruptcy) Procedure Used To Restore Solvency (In The Reorganization Procedure); - A Legal Entity Or Individual, Including An Individual Entrepreneur, Should Not Be Included In The List Of Suppliers (Contractors, Performers) Temporarily Not Allowed To Participate In Public Procurement Procedures; - A Legal Entity Or Individual, Including An Individual Entrepreneur, Employee(S) Of Such A Legal Entity Or Individual Entrepreneur Must Not Provide Services To The Customer (Organizer) For Organizing And Conducting The Public Procurement Procedure, Including Consulting, As Well As The Formation Of Requirements For The Subject Of Public Procurement Procurement And (Or) Preparation Of A Conclusion On The Consideration, Evaluation And Comparison Of Proposals;
