Assessment of the Asset-Based Lending (Abl) with a Focus on Supply Chain Finance (Scf) Market in Belarus E. SELECTION CRITERIA - Minimum of 10 years comprehensive experience working with financial institutions with specific experience conducting financial sector studies and market assessment (preferably SME-related); - Competence and experience of the team in Asset-based lending and Supply Chain Finance; - Competence and experience of the team in quantitative and qualitative research with at least 2 similar projects; - Experience conducting and managing interviews and focus group discussions among small businesses; - Prior experience in the ECA region is preferred but not mandatory; - Ability to conduct interviews and meetings with the key stakeholders in Belarus and collect necessary information / data in the country; - Clarity and precision of work plan; - Track-record of the firm and the backstopping capabilities; - Proficient in English and Arabic (speaking and writing); - Proposed pricing; - Capacity to commit and deliver within the required deadlines. - The Consultant will manage the interviews and data collection in Belarus. The challenges of the current international travel ban need to be considered for the interested firms from outside Belarus. - If the Consultant intends to engage a sub-contractor to perform some of the fieldwork, it should be specified with detailed references in the proposal and should be approved by IFC. - All permits, authorizations required to conduct the market research should be completed/obtained by the Consulting firm. Qualification Criteria · 1. Provide information showing that they are qualified in the field of the assignment. · 2. Provide information on the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm. · 3. Provide information on their core business and years in business. · 4. Provide information on the qualifications of key staff.
